Note: Applications are not always processed in the order they are received, due to the way they are divvied up between the moderators. If your application has been skipped, do not fret. Another mod will be getting to it soon enough. Additionally, you now have ONE WEEK to complete revision requests and Q&A's. You will be reminded of this deadline three days before it's up. After that week has passed, your application will no longer be considered for the current round. We apologize, but please be patient with us!

A note for applying here on Dreamwidth: Due to the character count limit being higher on DW, it might be tempting to toss the whole thing in one comment and leave it. However, we ask that you split the application up into at least two comments- the first containing your player information and (if you want) basic character info, the rest in another comment (or more, if you wish). This is to avoid having entire applications spanning the page and making it huge.

Samples

First Person: Considering my Third person is pretty introspective already, Q&A please... orz

Third Person: She couldn't say she was fond of feeling like a situation was totally out of her control, as much as she'd felt it for the past year or so. And yet Luceti was a lot like that. There were so many changes, so many things she had to get used to. So many people, though to be fair, any number of people more than five would've seemed like a lot, after spending most of her life in isolation, first at Castle Oblivion, then in The Old Mansion in Twilight Town.

It was both easy and difficult at the same time. Easy in that the pressing obligations she'd been worried about for the past several months - gathering and reassembling Sora's memories, trying (and failing) to prevent them from affecting Xion and Roxas... suddenly it was gone. She had time to adjust, time to really think, time to talk with people. It also made her happy - and in some ways relieved - to see so many of the others here, alive and well (or as well as one could be in a place like this), making their own memories.

It was so abrupt though, so unexpected. And that was part of what made it difficult. The convergence of times was confusing enough, and so much had happened to her friends here. Months and even years that she hadn't been here to witness. Many of them weren't the same as the people she'd known back home.

Not to mention the fact that restoring Sora's memories had been such a huge, involved part of her life for so long. Now that it was gone... she couldn't help but feel the tiniest bit lost. She'd known, on some level, that her job would eventually be finished, and after that point she would need to find out something else - some purpose or reason for being or thing to do. But with Xion and Roxas taking Sora's memories, Riku trying to distract the Organization, and DiZ insisting that she not waste time, there hadn't been time to think about it - save her promise to Sora of a friendship without lies. And then suddenly she'd been transported here, and Sora was gone, and now she was left to find something else.

At least some things didn't change. She still had her sketchbook in front of her, still had her crayon or pencil in hand - whichever she felt like that day - could still draw, at least. No memories involved this time.

1. What is your greatest fear?

I'm... not entirely sure. But I am afraid of not being able to keep the promises I've made, or making up for my mistakes.

2. Who is the most important person in your life, and why?

That... would probably have to be Sora. I told him I'd repair his memories, and we promised to meet each other once I was done. He forgave me, even with the things I'd done. I only hope I can make up for all the things I've done...

3. What makes you happy?

Well... I'm not sure I would call it that, but... I enjoy seeing new things. I also like to draw, but there's a little more to it than that.

4. Has there ever been a time in your life when you questioned your motives or morals? If so, what was it?

...Yes... There was a time where I cared, more about myself than the thoughts and feelings of others, and I did something terrible. I'm still trying to make up for it now. But even then... I would wonder sometimes, if someone caring about you would really be the same, if the feelings and memories that made them were fake.

I know now it isn't the same, which is why I want to meet them, once I'm done. Or when people understand themselves better.

5. Do you have any hobbies? Explain them.

Um... Well... I enjoy drawing, but... Sometimes I also like to watch birds outside the window, and people, when I can see them. I don't get to do that very often, though.
