Please be aware that apps are only open from the 1st (12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time) to the 7th (11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time) of any given month. If you want to canon-update your character, you must re-apply for said character with the relevant changes (history, personality, strengths and weaknesses, etc). For re-apps and canon updates, samples must be rewritten; we do not accept recycled samples.

A note for applying here on Dreamwidth: Due to the character count limit being higher on DW, it might be tempting to toss the whole thing in one comment and leave it. However, we ask that you split the application up into at least two comments- the first containing your player information and (if you want) basic character info, the rest in another comment (or more, if you wish). This is to avoid having entire applications spanning the page and making it huge.

Silth Sananurgue | OC | 9/?!
Physical: Given that Silth is part god he’s stronger than most in his world. Nova Cientros are typical shown to having abilities such as appearing and disappearing from sight in a blink of an eye. Being capable of more highly powerful jata than most people and of course being able to heal their wounds faster than, say, a human. They are also known for creating things out of thin air and also being able to take them away. This will get powered down in Luceti to a reasonable level however. Despite not being fully ascended to one, Silth still has the ability to self heal, albeit wounds still take a few days to heal instead of being instantaneous, especially those caused by silver objects. Silth’s physical prowess is easily seen when he catches a broadsword with his bare hands and merely gets a superficial wound from it. He also has the capacity to resurrect the dead, via necromancy, and also channel the spirits of the dead through himself. Another power of being a necromancer is that he has the ability to reverse other’s wounds such as if a person was murdered and its’ only been a few minutes after the fact Silth can come in and basically return their body good as new. It only works if the time period is short enough though and will probably be nerfed in Luceti if not applicable at all.
He can also bring objects into existence. For example when Zenith, Ceel and Seralinnia first meet him he gives them sanctuary from the creatures in the wasteland by allowing them to stay with him for the night and sleep in his home. The rooms they all occupy are met to their tastes, suggesting Silth knew what their preferences were –from reading their minds most likely- and everything within the rooms are surprisingly well kept, new and refreshed as opposed to the dusty, old, musky house outside of them.
Silth also possess telepathy as seen with the previous example and when he confronts Xi’hana. Stating that her reasons for taking Zenith and his companions was not to kill them but to lock them up, which obviously wasn’t true as Silth makes mention of her lying. By basically saying these words “I don’t think you are telling the truth about what you…really came to do.” That she was lying and was supposed to be the general with the manners. And Hana becoming furious at the jibe only told him what he already knew.
There's also the Yazagul poetic speech which is something akin to a jedi mind trick only with subliminal messaging and hypnosis involved. He can basically get people to do whatever it is he asks but it only works on people who can see and have low resisting wills of their own. People who are dependent, confident, and have otherworldly influences on them typical cannot be affected at all.
The last ability lies within Silth’s left eye the eye that can see ghosts, and into the past. It doesn't affect anyone and it's typical for him only. It’s a simple mechanism that he can’t always turn off. But it doesn’t work for people as well as it does for objects or places. Typically if he were to stand in front of a building that’s been burned and dilapidated he would see that building in its former form before the fire took it like a snapshot. Alternatively he wouldn’t know much about how it happened just that it did from the image given. The same applies to people and I’ll obviously get permission for him to see people as if they were young. Silth obviously won’t gain any information from that specifically and his eye is typically used more to see spirits than generally for this.
Mental: More than anything Silth’s ability to retain information and his knowledge on all things mystic and occult make him a pretty valuable asset. He has shown his capacity for learning quite quickly and that he can read people fairly well. He’s also very well spoken and typical has no problems engaging people in conversation. What that conversation might be about is anyone’s guess however. Typically though Silth doesn’t engage in conversation only when the going gets tough and Zenith and the others are backed into a corner. But sometimes even then he says things and gets people into boat loads of trouble. Also if the persons around him are interesting he shows some initiative in wanting to speak with them. Silth is by no means a brutish person he rather use tactics more than anything. His years as a general for Calabaria have honed his skills in fighting but the years that have since passed have worn down his skills considerably. He’s not a bad fighter, by any stretch of the word, but he also prefers to hang back and use his power to attack when the enemy least expects it.
Also his knowledge that he is, for lack of a better word, strong makes him sometimes deny better courses of action. He knows he cannot be killed and finds amusement almost in those who try to do so and he uses this to throw the enemy off balance.
Emotional: Emotionally Silth doesn’t have much in the ways of them. More often than not he’s very blasé in how he goes about things; he has no reason to be afraid of much after all. He’s quite pompous in that way and he isn’t afraid to show it. Silth emotionally has a very airy presence about him, meaning that he just goes with most things in terms of what Zenith and the others want to do. He follows but is by no means obligated to help them or lead them, he however shows some sort of compassion towards them such as when Seralinnia takes him out to the dance floor. He doesn’t realize it or why it’s important to do these things but he does them anyway because why not? His lackadaisical nature makes Silth seem almost less of a threat than he actually is and quite possibly people might think he's...dumb. This comes in handy when confronted with enemies and is good for keeping random conversations light.
Still the only times he’s ever shown a distaste or a scared reaction toward things in when spirits, which can possess him, are involved because the occurrence is very traumatizing and painful for him. Silth also doesn’t like being controlled either. He also doesn’t like it when things of his are taken from him especially his free will of all things. When it comes towards Zenith, Ceel and Seralinnia despite starting off on the wrong footing the four of them actually have gotten used to each other and enjoy the company of the otherwise eccentric necromancer. He protects them like they were his own actually and Silth hardly ever gives his actions a second’s thought when it comes to keeping the three of them safe. He is the eldest, wisest and overall strongest among them therefore they take, what they can understand, from what he says to heart.
