We all have our own personal and busy lives to attend to, and there might be a period of time when it might take us days to get to the applications. There is also the possibility that we do not know the canon you are applying for, and we need time to study it. So please be patient and we will work as fast as we can to get you an answer. Note: Applications are not always processed in the order they are received, due to the way they are divvied up between the moderators. If your application has been skipped, do not fret. Another mod will be getting to it soon enough. Additionally, you now have ONE WEEK to complete revision requests and Q&A's. You will be reminded of this deadline three days before it's up. After that week has passed, your application will no longer be considered for the current round. We apologize, but please be patient with us!

A note for applying here on Dreamwidth: Due to the character count limit being higher on DW, it might be tempting to toss the whole thing in one comment and leave it. However, we ask that you split the application up into at least two comments- the first containing your player information and (if you want) basic character info, the rest in another comment (or more, if you wish). This is to avoid having entire applications spanning the page and making it huge.

Splitting them up will make it easier for mods to process the applications. Thank you!

1. What's your opinion on species unlike your own? Do you treat them the same, or differently? Are they less important than your own kind or on equal standing?
Ah, I... never really thought of them as unlike me. I know people say they are, but... There are so many more similarities than differences. Most differences I can think of are only variations in shape or lifespan. I would like to believe that this is not enough of a gap for it to matter, but the Great War would not have happened if that was true, would it? I just take people and creatures as they come. I cannot say what that makes me. It probably counts as treating them all the same, though all things have different needs, so "same" might not be the best word. Fairly? Equally? Yes - equally. We should all be on equal standing. All of us are important. I believe that. You should not have to ask this. Nobody should.

2. Name three of your most favorite memories.
Ahah, now, this question is easy! They have names! Well, first there was Mithos of course! Then there was Kratos, and then there was Yuan! My brother, my friend, and my fiancé - that last one is still very new! I think... every moment of them? Picking only three is too hard. Maybe smiles. Ah, yes, that's it! Smiles! Every new time Mithos smiles is my favorite memory. Every new time Yuan smiles is... second favorite. A-ah, but please do not tell them that! They will argue again. Oh, I should have answered Kratos!

3. If you could change anything about the world, what would it be and why?
I wish... we could all see each other for what we are. That we are all equal in every way that matters. Everything in this world... everything could be so beautiful if only we could understand each other. There would be no more conflicts. No more lies. So much less pain for everyone. I know that no matter how much I wish this, it will never just happen, but... I have to believe that somehow, someday, we will become wise enough to see past shapes. This is not only about me, not even about Mithos. Nobody should be belittled just for having been born. Not half-elves, not humans, not elves, not... not spirits, not anything. All things have the right to live. I hope that even if I am never there to see it happen, even if it is for the sake of someone else, the world will grow kinder.

4. For whom to you feel the most strongly, and why do you feel that way?
Wha..? How could you choose? I care about everyone I love. I can't... ah... w-well, Mithos is... Mithos is my brother, we were together ever since he was born; if he had not been there I... Kratos can look after himself very well, and Yuan... Yuan is... M-Mithos still needs me. He always has, and he is still so young. If I really have to choose, it will always be Mithos, of course. I - I am so sorry. Why would you ask something like this?

5. Name the most important emotion, in your opinion, and explain why you made your choice.
Hope, of course! This should not need an explanation! As long as you have hope, then anything is possible - happiness, love, anything! Nothing in this world is stronger than hope.

6. How does it make you feel to know your brother will become a maniacal racist killing machine in the future?
M-Mithos will..? No. I worried about his anger once, but... No. No, even if somehow I - if something happened to me, Kratos said... Kratos would never let that happen. He promised me he would care for Mithos, and he never once broke a promise. So many others did, but not him, never. Maybe you misheard? I mishear things very often. Maybe Mithos was angry when he spoke to you; he can lash out sometimes when he feels hurt. But whatever he told you, I assure you he did not mean it. Please excuse him if he was rude, he is only a child, no matter how much of an adult he tries to be. Or... if this is a story you heard... people... people do not always say good things about us. Most of the time they are only small mistakes or misunderstandings. They probably did not mean it either. I am so very sorry Mithos worried you, or - or ...scared you. I will make sure to put this rumor to rest as soon as I can. I apologize.
