Name: Maron Kusakabe Fandom: Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne Gender: Female Age: 16 Time Period: During Chapter 5, right before her competition. Wing Color: Light Pink History: Hopefully this is enough; if not, there's this tl;dr of summaries up through Chapter 18. Personality: Maron is, by all appearances, very energetic, outgoing, and always with a smile on her face. While this is certainly true, underneath the smiles and the upbeat attitude, she has a lot of emotional problems that the smiles cover up. These emotional problems are due to the way her parents were over the years to her, including leaving her home alone for long periods of time for work. Because of this, she's not quick to really open up to people and tell them her problems. This also puts a damper on her trusting people, which can take some time. She's good at acting like nothing is wrong and suffering in silence, and she'll swear up and down that nothing is wrong with her if pressed about the issue. Even when Maron starts to trust someone, she won't always open up to them; she may start small and avoid the issue, but confirm that something isn't right. The more she trusts someone, the more she'll tell them.
Besides her awkward nature of smiling even when there's something wrong, she's always open to talk to people. It comes with being lonely for her: the more friends she has, the less lonely she's prone to be. By default she hides how lonely she gets so no one will worry: after all, she's the one that wants to solve everyone's problems, it would be bad for her to have others worry! But in actuality, she's very lonely and tries to alleviate this as much as possible.
Aside from all of that, Maron enjoys rhythmic gymnastics. It takes her mind off of a lot of her problems and relaxes her a great deal. She also enjoys to cook and clean due to living alone and fending for herself, so if things get too messy, she'll clean it herself. She has some sort of maternal instinct in that as well, and really likes small children, and children in general. She'll help them in any way she can, no matter what the cost to herself. She's also very girly, liking to dress up. I wouldn't doubt she reads girly comics either.
Maron tries not to let frustration and anger build up too much, but when it finally does spill over, it's not very pretty. She'll let you know by venting, or even just sounding off about her current, angry feelings. This generally happens when that jerk Chiaki is involved.
Because of the ability to transform into Jeanne (which won't be present in Luceti due to Fin not being around), it gives Maron a slight boost of confidence, strength, and the ability to go on. Even without her strength as Jeanne, she does have some degree of determination. Lastly, as said by Fin in the second chapter, "She really hates to lose". Rivalries aren't really her thing, and she'll do anything to come out on top. It's most likely a defense mechanism in order to get acceptance in one way or another. She is still a good person of course, and she usually keeps any rivalries in good sport, unless to comes to demons. Maron is a girl on a mission, which is where her determination comes from as well as her job as Jeanne: to get the wish that Fin had promised her in order to get her family back to a loving family.
