Cecilia Adlehyde | Wild Arms |

Character

Name: Cecilia Adlehyde
Fandom: Wild Arms 1/Wild Arms Alter Code: F
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Time Period: Before Pandemonium.
Wing Color: Light blue.
History: You know the wikia for Wild Arms sucks when actual wikipedia has a better summary of the game! Cecilia's small entry in the character section of wiki gives some insight to her beginning to the story.

To fill in some blanks though:

In Cecilia's intro, she's seen in the Curan Abbey, where she's called by Schturdark, the Water Guardian, to tell her of the impending crisis to Filgaia. It's not until Adlehyde is attacked by the Demons not long after meeting her near-future traveling partners that she really knows what he means.

Cecilia lost her father to the demon attack on Adlehyde to look for the Teardrop, which is what spurred her on to go on the journey with Jack and Rudy. She went to not be "Cecilia the Princess" as her blurb on wiki said. She even cut her hair to show Jack she was serious to be herself and not just "the princess." The kingdom of Adlehyde is run by her Uncle in her absense.

Cecilia has a fake wedding at sea after they travel to Milama in order to help out Captain Bartholomew, the ship captain responsible for taking them across the Inner Sea. Before they can though, Captain Bart puts his foot in his mouth and says to a rival that Cecilia was marrying him. To put the rumor to rest, they stage a fake wedding, but the ship is attacked by the Metal Demons looking to destroy the humans who are chasing after the Teardrop.

Before they go to the Photosphere and totally destroy Mother, they take a visit to the Giant's Cradle, where the golum Asgard sleeps. Here, Cecilia wakes the golum by telling him her deepest secrets and fears about the world at large, and that she hopes he doesn't wake up. She doesn't want him to have to wake up and fight, but to wake to a peaceful world. It's this that wakes Asgard, and she alone has the power to control him, so to speak. He breaks the barrier that surrounds the Photosphere to allow the trio access.

After finding out that the Metal Demons are still alive and kicking after they defeat Mother and drop the Photosphere beneath the ocean, they open up passage to the Outer Sea, talking with Lucadia about how Zeikfried, now merged with Mother, is planning to attack the Ley Lines of Filgaia, the very essence of the planet itself. The Demons are using a duplicate of the Teardrop, called the Darkness Tear.

A visit to the Fallen Sanctuary gets the group the statues that signify Love, Hope, and Courage, and a boss battle with Boomerang (who is a total badass, btw.) Boomerang tells the group about Alhazad's Demon Lab west of where the Photosphere was originally. It's here that they find the Darkness Tear, who Lady Harken really is, and how much of a creeper Alhazad really is. After leaving the Demon Lab, Zeikfried comes out and shows the party just how awesome the power of the Darkness Tear is by shooting lasers at them. They all wake to find themselves in an interdimensional space, where they fight doppelgangers of themselves. Rudy loses an arm by being totally badass and removing it himself so that Zeikfried can't bring him with him into the abyss of wherever.

After consulting with Emma about what they should do, they travel to talk to Mariel, the Elw girl that they had helped on the course of their journey before traveling to the Photosphere. Mariel brings them to the Elw Dimension where her brother had been outcast. It is her brother Vassim that helps Rudy in recovering and building him a new arm. Before her canon point, Cecilia aided Rudy in fighting his inner demons and a dream eater in a catfight and shattering the Love Statue that they had gotten prior to this. He wakes from his coma, and they leave back for Filgaia in the present, as opposed to the Filgaia of a thousand years ago.

Where Cecilia apparently wakes up in what seems like Past Filgaia I thought we just left here but not.

And that's it for this episode of "Wild Arms Abridged!" If you're so inclined, there's also a Let's Play for Alter Code: F.
