Who do I need to talk to in order to get a) the pages that are locked on the wiki to be unlocked (in certain places they are out of date, incorrect, or could use more links to fantastic things like the NPC database we have going on in Gdocs now, and there are also character pages for dropped characters that could be tidied away, and also I apparently can't add categories to any of the locked pages) or b) the access to do any of those things, which my account does not have clearance to do as it is not admin?

I'd like to edit them to be current/easily found for my own sake, but a lot of the pages I want to touch are locked against being touched. 8| I swear I'm not going to delete them or fill them with nonsense! I just want to sort them and update them.
